USER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the website antai.io (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") when using this website.
1.2. By using the website, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with the terms, they must immediately cease using the website.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice. The revised version comes into force upon its publication on the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. The User agrees to:

• Not use the website for fraud, hacking, spreading false information, or any other unlawful activities.
• Not violate the rights of third parties (including intellectual property and privacy).
• The website is not intended for users under the age of 13.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All website content (texts, images, logos, source code) is the property of the Administration or respective rights holders and is protected under Singapore's Copyright Act.

3.2. The following is prohibited:

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using the content without written permission from the Administration.
• Using design elements, logos, or trademarks of the website without authorization.

4. Personal Data

The Administration processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.

4.2. The User consents to the collection and processing of the following data:

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

6.2. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
